HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Ordering online from carteese.com is very easy! When viewing an item, simply click ‘ADD TO CART’. Then you will be directed to complete the Shipping address, shipping method and payment method. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order! 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING WORK?

Your item may take 1-5 business days to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way (please email us for tracking). Delivery delays can occasionally occur, we do not guarantee shipping times. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order in “Order tracking page” by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?

No worries! Contact us right away and we'll help guide you through the process of returning the goods and providing you a full refund.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. The exact time can vary and is subject to the individual payment provider. Once refunds have been processed, we recommend contacting your payment provider for updates.
